VRG Party Committee held an online conference to disseminate and implement the Resolution

On the morning of April 16, 2025, the VRG Party Committee held an online conference to disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 11th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee. The conference was connected to the National Conference chaired by the Politburo and the Central Party Secretariat.

The conference was attended by 1.5 million party members nationwide with more than 21,000 online connection points. The VRG Party Committee organized online 28 grassroots connection points and 1 connection point at VRG with nearly 300 delegates attending the conference.

At the conference, delegates listened to General Secretary To Lam, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man, Head of the Central Organizing Committee Le Minh Hung and Head of the Central Propaganda and Education Committee Nguyen Trong Nghia convey the core contents, new points and major orientations in the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress. In particular, emphasizing the process of summarizing 40 years of renovation, the direction of socio-economic development in the period 2026-2030, Party building work, apparatus organization, innovation of election policies, amendment of the constitution and laws, etc.

The conference to disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 11th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee includes the following contents:

Topic 1: “On the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress: New points in the Summary of some theoretical and practical issues on the socialist-oriented renovation process over the past 40 years in Vietnam; New points in the draft Report summarizing the work of Party building and implementation of the Party Charter submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; New points in the draft Political Report; New points in the draft report on 5 years of implementing the 10-year socio-economic development strategy 2021-2030; directions and tasks for socio-economic development in the 5 years 2026-2030” delivered by Politburo member, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh.

Topic 2: “On amending the Constitution and laws; Directions for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term” delivered by Politburo member and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man.

Topic 3: “On continuing to streamline the apparatus to be efficient, effective and effective; amending and supplementing regulations on implementing the Party Charter; Directive amending Directive No. 35-CT/TW, dated June 14, 2024 and Conclusion No. 118-KL/TW, dated January 18, 2025 of the 13th Politburo on Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term” delivered by Politburo member, Party Central Committee Secretary, Head of the Central Organization Commission Le Minh Hung.

According to Mr. Lai Xuan Mon – Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, the conference aims to disseminate the core contents, new points, and focus of the documents of the 11th Central Conference. On that basis, Party committees, party organizations, departments, ministries, branches, and localities continue to disseminate, propagate, and implement the contents of the documents of the 11th Central Conference in localities, agencies, and units.

The dissemination and implementation of the Resolution of the 11th Central Conference was carried out methodically, scientifically, and qualitatively, creating unity within the Party and consensus among the people.
