CSVNO – Mr. Huynh Kim Nhut – Deputy General Director of VRG, Chairman of Vietnam Rubber Trade Union visited, encouraged and gave gifts to workers of the farms of Binh Long Rubber Company and Loc Ninh Rubber Company, on April 10.
The delegation visited workers at Quan Loi and Binh Long Rubber farms. Here, Mr. Huynh Kim Nhut encouraged workers, had dialogues, grasped their aspirations, answered questions about policies and regimes, inspected the implementation of policies and regimes for workers at the unit; at the same time, explained the streamlining of the apparatus, abolishing the farm level according to the policy of the Party and the State, to streamline operations effectively and benefit direct workers.
Mr. Huynh Kim Nhut highly appreciated the implementation of policies, salary and income for employees in a transparent manner of Binh Long Rubber and requested the company and the union to closely monitor the acceptance of DRC content of products; take samples of each worker to ensure transparency and evaluate rewards as well as timely criticism and correction, and build an effective collective.
The delegation also visited and presented 30 gifts to workers at Farm 3, Loc Ninh Rubber.
Here, VRG Deputy General Director, Chairman of Vietnam Rubber Union Huynh Kim Nhut shared that Loc Ninh Rubber is the unit with the earliest and largest output of the Group. This is a good signal for Loc Ninh Rubber and its employees. Mr. Huynh Kim Nhut highly appreciated the company’s production and business results, in addition, the company always takes good care of the employees’ lives. All policies are guaranteed.
