CSVNO – On May 6, 2025, the Trade Union of Mang Yang Rubber One Member Co., Ltd. held the launching ceremony of “Workers’ Month – Month of action on occupational safety and hygiene in 2025”.
Attending the launching ceremony were the Party Committee leaders, the Board of Directors of the Company and more than 120 outstanding union members of 12 production teams throughout the Company.
With the theme of Workers’ Month “Thanking Workers”, the key task in 2025 is to ensure the shaping of the orchard from the first year with a survival rate of 100% and reaching 4 or more leaf layers, striving to exploit 110% of the plan, ensuring latex processing quality, and an average income of 10 million/person/month. With 5 key activities: Implementing the Program “Creative workers, confidently entering the new era”. Dialogue program in May and Forum “Party with Workers – Workers with the Party”. Program “Thanking Workers” and “Union Meal”. Organizing the peak month for developing Union members, introducing outstanding union members for the Party to consider admission. Program “Propaganda, raising awareness of Union members and workers”. Implementation period of Workers’ Month is from May 1, 2025 to July 31, 2025.
Action month on occupational safety and hygiene in 2025 with the theme “Strengthening assessment, identifying risks and proactively implementing measures to ensure occupational safety and hygiene at the workplace”. Implemented from May 1, 2025 to May 31, 2025 with the following contents: The company’s trade union coordinates with the Board of Directors to organize training sessions and propaganda to raise awareness of occupational safety. Review and improve working conditions, workshops, restrooms, and resting places for workers. Timely visit and support workers who have occupational accidents and are in difficult circumstances. Launch emulation movements “Good workers – Creative workers”, “Green – Clean – Beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene” to create a vibrant competitive atmosphere throughout the Company.
At the launching ceremony, the Company’s Trade Union issued a decision to establish 12 trade union groups under the Company. On this occasion, the Company and the Trade Union presented 41 gifts to workers in difficult circumstances, each gift worth 700,000 VND.
