CSVNO – The VRG Party Committee attended the Conference on training and updating knowledge according to regulation No. 145 of the Politburo, on the afternoon of October 31. The event was organized online, with the main bridge being the Central Business Bloc Party Committee, connecting 37 affiliated Party Committees.
Attending the conference were Mr. Nguyen Long Hai – Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Enterprises Bloc; Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Van Phuc – Vice Chairman of the Scientific Council of the Central Party Agencies, former Editor-in-Chief of the Communist Magazine.
The conference was divided into two parts. In the first program, delegates listened to the introduction, studied and researched three articles by General Secretary To Lam, including “Fighting waste”; “Continuing to strongly innovate the Party’s leadership and governance methods, an urgent requirement of the new revolutionary stage” and “Digital transformation – an important driving force for developing productive forces, perfecting production relations, bringing our country into a new era”. The second topic discussed the Party’s viewpoint on the position, role and development orientation of state-owned enterprises in the coming time. Presenting these contents was Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Van Phuc – Vice Chairman of the Scientific Council of Central Party Agencies, former Editor-in-Chief of the Communist Magazine.
Citing the article “Fighting against waste”, Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Van Phuc said that General Secretary To Lam affirmed that in every revolutionary stage, the Party and State have always paid special attention to the work of preventing and combating waste and have achieved many positive results. Faced with the requirement of increasing resources, mobilizing the people’s strength to bring the country into a new era under the leadership of the Party, the work of preventing and combating waste is facing new, urgent and urgent requirements and tasks. The article offers 4 solutions to implement the work of preventing and combating waste, strongly increasing resources to care for the people, enriching the country in the new revolutionary stage.
In the content discussing the Party’s leadership method in the new period, the General Secretary’s article pointed out four key tasks to continue to strongly innovate leadership methods, improve leadership capacity, governing capacity, ensure the Party is the great helmsman, leading our nation forward strongly.
The article “Digital transformation – an important driving force for developing productive forces, perfecting production relations, bringing our country into a new era” sets out four key tasks for this process to be implemented comprehensively and synchronously, taking into account the dialectical relationship between infrastructure and superstructure, aiming to build a socialist-oriented market economy, both promoting the strength of modern productive forces and ensuring the good nature of the socialist regime, in accordance with the specific conditions of Vietnam in the new era.
In the topic of the Party’s viewpoint on the position, role and development orientation of State-owned enterprises in the coming time, Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Van Phuc said that State-owned enterprises play a key role, are a tool to regulate the economy, helping the State stabilize the macro-economy. In the context of the new era, the Party’s viewpoint is that State-owned enterprises need to further promote their economic role, ensuring social stability. In the era of Vietnam’s rise, State-owned enterprises must be the core force, surpassing other economic sectors. At the conference, delegates listened to 6 tasks of State-owned enterprises in the coming time.
