In the context that the whole industry is making efforts to innovate the organizational model under the direction of VRG, Chu Se – Kampong Thom Rubber Joint Stock Company has proactively developed a plan to arrange the organizational structure and operating model, ensuring both streamlining and efficiency while stabilizing production and business, maintaining the lives of workers.

Proactively develop practical plans
Immediately after receiving the Group’s instructions, the Company quickly developed a reorganization plan, consulting the experience of other units and the Group’s professional departments. Based on the assessment of the actual situation in terms of scale, labor, and latex exploitation season, the Company proposed a reasonable solution to streamline the apparatus, ensuring no major disruptions, maintaining stable labor, especially at the beginning of the exploitation season.
Accordingly, the Company’s Board of Directors issued decisions to terminate the operations of 8 Farms and 1 Processing Plant. At the same time, it issued corresponding personnel decisions to establish Production Teams and restructure the Processing Plant.
The scale of each Production Team manages an area of 1,900 – 2,100 hectares. The rate of streamlining after the reorganization reached 14.71%, significantly reducing indirect labor (30 people). The ratio of indirect/direct labor was maintained at 3.36%, achieving the target set by the Group (not exceeding 6%).
In particular, the strong application of digital transformation through the Base.vn platform has helped the Company optimize its workflow, document browsing, timekeeping, production acceptance, etc., ensuring smooth, timely production management and saving human resources.

Stabilizing labor towards sustainable development
The process of restructuring and streamlining the organization at Chu Se Rubber – Kampong Thom was carried out carefully, with the goal of stabilizing the psychology and retaining employees as the top priority. Plans for job transfer, retraining, and appropriate arrangements were implemented in parallel with propaganda and mobilization to create high consensus throughout the Company.
The termination of intermediate levels such as the Farm and the reorganization of production teams under the Company not only help shorten the management process but also increase the initiative and responsibility at each grassroots unit.
