Chiều ngày 3/4, VRG đã tổ chức Lễ ký kết thỏa thuận hợp tác ba bên giữa Tập đoàn và Tổng Công ty Đầu tư & Phát triển Công nghiệp (Becamex) cùng Công ty Liên doanh TNHH Khu công nghiệp Việt Nam – Singapore (VSIP), đánh dấu bước phát triển quan trọng trong mối quan hệ hợp tác giữa ba đơn vị giai đoạn 2025 – 2030.
VRG is the largest agricultural economic group in Vietnam, playing a pioneering, core and central role in strategic planning for the development of Vietnam’s rubber industry. Becamex and VSIP are two leading industrial and urban real estate developers in Vietnam. The cooperation between the three parties is not only an important milestone in the development journey but also opens up many opportunities for strong and sustainable growth in the development of industrial, urban and social housing infrastructure; energy production and supply; investment and implementation of key national projects on transportation, science and technology and innovation.
Attending the signing ceremony, on behalf of VRG, there were Mr. Tran Cong Kha – Member of the Government Party Committee, Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Le Thanh Hung – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Member of the Board of Directors, General Director; Mr. Ha Van Khuong – Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Member of the Board of Directors; Mr. Do Huu Phuoc – Member of the Board of Directors, Permanent Deputy General Director; Mr. Huynh Kim Nhut – Deputy General Director; Mr. Pham Van Hoi Em – Head of the Supervisory Board; leaders of professional departments and the Group’s Office; leaders of Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Company and Dau Tieng Rubber One Member Co., Ltd.
On Becamex side, there were Mr. Nguyen Van Hung – Chairman of Becamex Board of Directors, Mr. Pham Ngoc Thuan – General Director of Becamex, Mr. Quang Van Viet Cuong – Deputy General Director of Becamex, Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh Huy – Deputy General Director of Becamex, Mr. Nguyen The Duy – Deputy General Director of Becamex. According to the cooperation agreement for the period of 2025 – 2030, the three parties will develop smart and ecological industrial – urban – service parks, social housing in Binh Duong province to attract industries with high added value, as well as participate in the process of restructuring the province’s industrial development space, creating favorable conditions to welcome industrial enterprises, people and labor force moving from the South to the North of the province, contributing to the process of restructuring the economy of Binh Duong province.
Cooperate in investing in large-scale energy production such as solar power farms, wind power, gas power and other clean energy fields, to provide a stable energy source in Binh Duong province, contributing to the goal of carbon neutrality, towards net zero emissions in Vietnam by 2050.
Cooperate in investing in key national projects such as belt roads, metro lines and railways in Binh Duong province. Develop science and technology parks, science and technology industrial parks, data centers, etc. in Binh Duong province. Contribute to building a new ecosystem, helping to attract new generation investors such as Institutes, Schools and Research Centers, as well as experts and scientists to Binh Duong to live and work.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Le Thanh Hung – General Director of VRG, shared: “VRG has strengths in investing in the construction and business of industrial park infrastructure and renewable energy. Particularly in Binh Duong province, member units have invested in the construction and business of infrastructure of 6 industrial parks with an area of 1,857 hectares, of which 2 industrial parks are investing in construction and carrying out investment procedures. With the orientation of developing industrial parks in Binh Duong province according to Decision No. 790/QD-TTg dated August 3, 2024 of the Prime Minister until 2030, with a vision to 2050, the planned area on converted rubber land is estimated at about 8,000 hectares. With the planning of industrial park land on converted rubber land, the Group and member units have a policy to register as investors of these industrial parks” – Mr. Le Thanh Hung, informed.

The signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement between VRG, Becamex and VSIP is a vivid demonstration of the spirit of cooperation and development of the three units. This event also demonstrates VRG’s strong commitment to accompany the country’s large enterprises on the journey of development and integration.
